Diapers are constantly changing in features and characteristics, becoming more absorbent and...more expensive, however, the following are some of the basic products that enter into the production of baby diapers.

The elasticated diapers' composition appears through the description of the machine process.
 

Fluff Pulp
We can provide sulfite and sulfate fluff pulp. Different reel widths.

Substitutes for Fluff Pulp:
We can provide CTMP or BCTMP for Tissue mills, in bales and for diapers in rolls.

  
 

Carrier Tissue
The carrier tissue is the one that envelops the fluff pulp. There are two types of carrier tissue:
  • Porous (Open): Which has pores as the name indicates. It is mainly used to carry the pad.
  • Non Porous (closed): carrier sheet with no pores. Also carries the cellulose pad.
Nonwoven
We can provide the following :
  • Thermobonded: from 16 gsm - Hydrophilic and hydrophobic
  • Spunbonded: from 15 gsm - Hydrophilic and hydrophobic
  • SMS : from 15 gsm, mainly used for legcuffs.
  • Acquisition Layers. From 25gsm up to 85gsm.

Polyethylene
We can provide Micro embossed white, pink, blue or printed film PE film, with or without wetness indicator.
Thickness vary from 22 my up to 35 my. 25 my being most popular. We can also provide laminated back sheet, coloured or plain.
 
Breathable Film
From 18 My
 
Frontal Tapes
We can provide frontal tapes, for normal or for mechanical closure. We have several designs and a special design could be produced, if justified quantities.
 
Adhesive Tapes
We can provide also adhesive tape. Hot Melt or acrylic. Two-way or three way action tapes.
Mechanical closure tapes available.
 
Back Sheet
Micro embossed colour or printed thickness 20 to 35 My, wetness indicator is also available.
 
Elastic Thread
Round or Flat. We can provide thread for baby diaper legs and leg cuffs. Thicknesses vary. We can provide 2 to 8 ends.
 
Hot Melt
We can provide a full range of hot-melt adhesives for the Hygienic Industry.
We offer the leading hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives for Diapers and Adult Incontinence manufacturers:
hot-melts for construction, leg elastic and leg cuffs attachment among others. We can also offer cartooning closure hot-melts, too. Innovation and technical expertise directly to our customers is a must for us.
